Food Freedom Programme

WELCOME TO THE

A 12-week small group nutrition and mindset programme to help you eat without guilt, obsession, or fear of losing control around food.

Develop strategies to stop comparison to others, end negative self-talk, and heal your body image. So you can channel that energy into your family, friends, career, and passions instead. 

Find body kindness

Understand diet myths, navigate misinformation, and eliminate guilt around foods you may be fearful of. 

Combat diet culture

You’ll learn how to nourish your body In a way that empowers you to live a vibrant, happy life! No restriction or micromanaging your intake.

Understand the fundamentals of nutrition

Learn how to reconnect with your hunger and satiety cues without guilt or fear of weight gain. So you can enjoy the foods you love without worrying about what you’ll eat next or “losing control.”

Eat intuitively

See food as something that provides joy and nourishment, rather than something to fear or restrict. It’s time to be present, find balance, and enjoy meals while you eat them!

Rebuild your relationship with food

Together, we will explore how to:

To put everything you learn into action, you’ll get valuable resources to help you make progress between sessions. You’ll receive a food freedom workbook with explorative exercises to ensure you get as much insight into the experience as possible. This workbook is printed and mailed directly to you prior to the programme, to help you stay motivated throughout.

Written Exercises 

In addition to the tools and strategies you’ll learn through coaching sessions, you’ll connect with others who are on a similar path.

You’ll receive a sense of community, learn from others’ experiences and have access to a private Facebook group. This way, you can share resources, connect with your peers, and lift each other up.

Community Support

You’ll receive 12 weeks of food freedom coaching with a small group of peers and Sasha Paul, our founder and lead eating disorder recovery specialist. This allows you to make progress with accountability, empathetic support, and expert knowledge. You’ll have the opportunity to ask Sasha questions, get personalised feedback and learn from others’ experiences. Recordings of each session are provided in case you ever miss one or want to revisit them.

Coaching Sessions

We’ve seen time and time again that group coaching helps diminish feelings of loneliness, isolation, and guilt around your eating habits. It provides a sense of comfort knowing there are others in a similar boat. Being able to share with one another is truly special.

While everyone initially feels a little nervous about being part of a group, that fear quickly disappears allowing the group to become your greatest support system.

After all, there’s power in knowing you aren't the only one.

By connecting with people on the same journey as you, you gain the strength of many.
