As a multidisciplinary clinic, our practitioners are trained in Nutritional Therapy, Coaching, Counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and more. This combination allows us to address the complexities of eating disorder recovery beyond the limits of single-discipline practice.

In other words, we consider your physical and mental health, your dreams and goals, and the things that may be keeping you stuck. As a result, we can tailor your programme to you and the future you want to create. Step by step, you receive the holistic support you need to heal your relationship with food, feel happier in your body, and build true self-compassion for years to come.

A multidisciplinary approach

Group coaching provides community, accountability, and a sense of comfort knowing you’re not alone. You’ll work with an eating disorder recovery coach and an intimate group of peers who understand what you’re going through.

Private coaching provides 1:1 guidance with your eating disorder recovery specialist. Your coach truly steps into your recovery journey with you and supports you every step of the way.
