Over the course of four months, you’ll work 1:1 with your eating disorder recovery coach.

Our multidisciplinary practitioners specialise in eating disorder recovery. They are trained in multiple areas including nutritional therapy, coaching, counselling skills, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which allows them to apply a holistic approach to treatment. Since we take on a limited number of private clients at one time, we’re able to fully support you through your recovery.

You’ll rebuild your relationship with food and body image through our signature three-layer approach.

At the end of four months, we will discuss your progress. You will be given the opportunity to renew if you’d like more support or offboard if you are ready.

option to join The Community. This provides a safe space to
continuously connect, share, and learn when your programme wraps up.

You’ll have access to regular group coaching calls with a Recovery
Coach and a private community where you can continue your journey
with a powerful support network. Share experiences, celebrate wins,
and make meaningful connections with others who understand what
you’re going through.

After private coaching

The investment is £1500 per month. Since we take on a limited number of private clients at one time, we’re able to offer you full support through your recovery. Private coaching gives you weekly 1:1 sessions and daily communication with an eating disorder recovery specialist who is trained in Nutritional Therapy, Coaching, Counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique, and more.

If private coaching is out of budget or if you like the idea of connecting with others through your recovery, we encourage you to consider group coaching. Our group coaching programme includes a step-by-step programme and weekly 60-minute sessions with an eating disorder recovery specialist and small group of peers.

This allows you to make progress with accountability, empathetic support, and expert knowledge. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, get personalised feedback and learn from others’ experiences.

The investment is £1500 per month. Since we take on a limited number of private clients at one time, we’re able to offer you full support through your recovery. Private coaching gives you weekly 1:1 sessions and daily communication with an eating disorder recovery specialist who is trained in Nutritional Therapy, Coaching, Counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique, and more.

If private coaching is out of budget or if you like the idea of connecting with others through your recovery, we encourage you to consider group coaching. Our group coaching programme includes a step-by-step programme and weekly 60-minute sessions with an eating disorder recovery specialist and small group of peers.

This allows you to make progress with accountability, empathetic support, and expert knowledge. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, get personalised feedback and learn from others’ experiences.

Filling out an application requires no commitment on your part. It begins the process so you have an opportunity to connect with our practitioners and learn more. We will then help you decide if private coaching is the right fit for you.
