Maybe this is the first time you have reached out for support, or maybe you’ve received treatment already. Perhaps you’ve tried working with various types of eating disorder practitioners but you’ve never found an approach you felt truly connected to. Or maybe you are right at the beginning of your journey.
To step into your world, motivate you during hard times, and provide judgment-free guidance when you need it most.
Imagine having someone to help shift your mindset around food, develop a better understanding of yourself, and assemble a recovery tool kit to navigate life’s challenges.
Over the course of six months you'll work 1:1 with your eating disorder recovery specialist.
Our multidisciplinary practitioners specialise in eating disorder recovery. They are trained in numerous areas including nutritional therapy, life coaching, counselling skills, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and more, allowing them to apply a holistic approach to treatment. Since we take on a limited number of private clients at one time, we’re able to fully support you through your recovery.
You’ll rebuild your relationship with food and body image through our signature three-layer approach.
By working through tough thoughts “on paper,” you solidify your learnings and develop tools you can refer back to. Written exercises and reflections also add an additional layer of support with your coach.
During recovery, it’s important that you never feel stuck when questions come up. By having daily access to your coach, you are always supported between sessions.
These sessions lay the groundwork for your recovery. When you have a safe space to talk through reflections and work through powerful coaching exercises, change takes root.
With your coach, you’ll develop collaboratively agreed-upon goals and actionable steps to take forward each week.
You’ll be encouraged to go at your own pace and will be supported every step of the way.
You’ll have access to your eating disorder recovery specialist via voice and text messaging Monday to Friday.
This way, you always have someone there to talk things through and overcome hurdles as they arise. And to celebrate wins with you throughout the week!
Throughout the programme, your coach will provide feedback on your written exercises to foster your growth.
You’ll also have a daily log to record your thoughts so you can work through challenges with your coach.
Creating a future that you feel excited about rather than fearful of.
Tackling the factors that are keeping you stuck and learning how to move past them.
Overcoming the inner critic that fuels your eating disorder and body image issues. So you can live at peace with food and your body.
Learning about nutrition and the problem itself. So you’re empowered with knowledge, instead of weighed down by fear or frustration.
Achieving manageable goals that you will set in collaboration with your recovery coach each session.
Developing your personal recovery roadmap and tool kit of strategies to help you navigate your relationship with food for years to come.
At the end of the programme, you will be given the opportunity to renew if you’d like more support or offboard if you are ready.
Your fully customised programme will begin!
If you decide to go ahead, we will confirm your start date and get you enrolled.
On your call, we’ll learn a bit more about you and answer any questions you may have.
If we feel you are a good fit for the programme, we’ll contact you to book a discovery call with our lead coach.

You recognise the eating disorder is present but may not feel ‘ready’ for change. A recovery coach can work with you from day one, connecting you with your motivation for recovery and then guiding you through the process.
You have been suffering for some time and are ready for change. You recognise how much of your time and energy is taken up by this illness. It’s time to have someone there to guide and support you through recovery.
You have spent years receiving different types of treatment and support. All of which just haven’t been right for you. A recovery coach does things differently, meeting you where you are in your recovery and working closely with you to make changes that last.
Eating disorder recovery coaches do not tend to work with individuals during inpatient treatment. However, working with a coach is a powerful next step following this. A recovery coach can provide you with the support needed to continue progress long after you are discharged.
Perhaps you have made it a long way through your healing journey, but also recognise that you haven’t reached a true or lasting state of recovery. It’s time to work with an experienced recovery coach who can guide and support you through these final stages.
Maybe you are feeling stuck or triggered and would like someone to support you through a difficult period of time. A recovery coach can help you and arm you with tools/strategies so that next time you can navigate triggers with ease.
It’s essential to know that not all recovery coaches are the same. At Natural Food Therapy, our coaches are essentially eating disorder specialists. Find out why we’re different.

I would highly recommend working with Sasha if you are looking to truly heal from food issues/eating disorders, which also means healing the relationship with yourself and coming back to who you truly are.
I 100% believe I wouldn’t have made it this far on my journey and this much progress mentally and physically without working with Sasha. I have been inpatient in the past for a long period of time, seen multiple therapists and only felt more disempowered, ‘ill’, confused and not able to see me living life. I now believe I am capable to have a life worth living, on my terms, not anyone else's.

I worked with Sasha 1:1 to help me with an eating disorder I've had for 16 years and start my recovery over again after many attempts. I have learnt so much since working with Sasha- the tools she gave me and the reframing work we did are personalised and lifelong, not just quick in the moment fixes. Sasha REALLY knows how to approach recovery despite me thinking I needed hard and fast rules (which is actually my unwell / ED voice needing control).
I realised that healing is about healing your relationship with yourself first and why you behave the way you do which takes time and effort (not just focussing on food). I learnt how to compassionately react to difficult feelings and behaviours instead of with anxiety and punishment- which allowed space for my intuition to come through and guide me- I found this pivotal for making steps forward.

I have seen many nutritionists and therapists in the past. I can now say that none have been worth my time. What is different is that Sasha is 100% honest and cares about her clients. She sees the full picture and works holistically. She does not make false promises, which is what happened to me in the past.
I also appreciate how she supports both nutrition and coaching, as I think anyone who wants to heal fully would probably need support with both mind and body. Thank you Sasha for all your help.

I have lived with an eating disorder for 17 years and I lost hope in recovery being possible. I write this review because Sasha's approach has been life-changing for me and her kindness, patience and support throughout has carried me through a very dark place. She did not weigh me or push me too far out of my comfort zone. Instead, she focused on what needed to change and supported me with zero judgment.
I started to find happiness in my days again and food has become something I find enjoyment in rather than shame and punishment. Today I come away from my time with Sasha with so much more than I ever knew I could have.
- Carrie F.
Natural Food Therapy has been absolutely incredible in helping me overcome my problems with eating. The approach that Sasha has taken in helping me has been completely tailored to my needs and what suits me, as opposed to a generalised approach. This is what makes the clinic so unique. Nothing has seemed rushed.
She has taken her time with me and let me overcome anything I need to within my own time, helping me to overcome any hurdles while also celebrating my achievements. Not only has she helped improve my relationship with food immensely, but she has also helped improve my confidence and my self-esteem significantly. I feel happier in myself and in life in general, and I never could have achieved this without her.

I write this review with a thankful heart.
As a parent it was heartbreaking to see my daughter develop such a difficult relationship with her food. We went through years of treatment until last year a dear friend recommended us to Sasha. Fairly shortly after beginning, our Daisy began to choose recovery for herself and there seemed to be an inner strength that was ignited.
We are forever grateful for the guidance and support given throughout.
- Sarah L.
After suffering from issues with food and my weight my whole life, I heard about Sasha. She made me feel instantly at ease and I felt able to talk to her (something quite difficult with sensitive issues like this). I have since been on her programme and am currently continuing with her as I feel I am benefiting. The list of foods I can eat are slowly increasing and my anxiety is reducing. Highly recommend!
- Amanda T.
I was suffering from anxiety, stress, comfort eating and insomnia when I came to NFT. Sasha completely changed the way I think about food. She helped me to worry less, find a new direction in life and eliminate my insomnia... all in less than 2 months.
I think Sasha is very intuitive and has helped me tremendously already. Feeling very grateful.
- Leslie S.
The best coach who has helped me tremendously with my relationship with food and supporting me to liking myself again. I now feel proud of my journey and I'm learning how to feel happy in my own skin, something I never thought could be possible.
I continue my journey with Sasha but write this recommendation to share how transformative working with her is.Sasha you are a star x
- Alyssa S.
I have had such a great experience on the transform programme.
Sasha has helped me to overcome my issues with emotional eating and today I can proudly say that I am 6 months binge free thanks to all her help and guidance. Sasha, I couldn't have done this without you.
- Julie O.
Having seen Sasha last year for nutrition support, I heard about her new programme. I gained a lot through the sessions and having been through some difficult times recently I felt it could be worth trying out. I have never felt so listened to and supported - she transformed my worry-filled life into one full of hope, happiness and endless possibilities. I cannot recommend enough!
- Dianne S.
My time with Sasha has been life changing. I was yoyo dieting for many years and reached a point where my relationship with food had become a burden on both mine and my family's life. I was always hungry, irritable, eliminating foods, religiously counting my steps, calories and when I began binge eating I knew it was time to get some support with this. I can't tell you how glad I am that I did.
I feel so knowledgable and in tune with my body now. I feel like I am starting to accept and even like the way I look. Eating is becoming easier and I can even eat with the family now. Sasha, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for what you have done for me.
- Annie K.
When I started working with Sasha, I was in denial and reluctant to get help but with her kind, patient and gentle approach I began to open up.
Sasha really took the time to get to know me as a person which made me feel safe and understood. After each session, I went away with new lifelong tools to help me which I have used every day since. Sasha has helped me heal my relationship with food, exercise and most importantly myself.
Recovery is an up and down journey but Sasha was there every step of the way, always going at my pace, supported me through the difficult days and cheered me on through the good days. I'm the happiest I have ever been and I wouldn’t be where I am today without the guidance and support Sasha gave me.

Our approach to nutrition is focused on improving your relationship with food. It’s rooted in the fundamentals of nutrition that help you live a vibrant, happy life.
The focus is never on restriction, numbers or strict plans, instead we believe in supporting you to work through gradual changes as part of your programme. We work closely with you so that you can break free from the eating disorder, nourish your body and make peace with food.
Instead of rigid meal plans, we support you with fundamental nutrition education and create a flexible plan that develops with you through the programme.
This always depends on your individual situation and we will decide collaboratively if this is something that’s important for your recovery. You always have the freedom to decide if you are comfortable with it or not and, in many cases, it is not necessary. With that in mind, we do not use weight as a determining factor for whether you are eligible for support or to measure recovery. Eating disorders can occur at any weight and we focus on supporting you to reach true recovery, where you are able to live at peace with food and body image.
Common eating disorders we work with include Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia Nervosa, Atypical presentations, and Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders (OSFED). That said, we strongly encourage those who are not diagnosed but recognise a problem to come forward for support.
We work with individuals diagnosed as well as anyone who is struggling with their relationship with food and body image.
No, we work with those over 16 years of age.
We do not work with those who are currently in inpatient care. However, private coaching is a great option for those who have just been discharged or are struggling to make progress after inpatient care.
Our fully supported programme costs £2500 per month. Each of our specialists works with a maximum of five clients at a time, allowing you to work closely with your coach throughout.
Private coaching offers weekly 1:1 sessions, written support and daily communication with an eating disorder recovery specialist who is trained in nutritional therapy, coaching, counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and more.
Treatment for eating disorders typically involves a combination of psychological therapy, nutritional education, and medical monitoring. The specific approach can vary depending on the type of eating disorder and the individual's needs.
Although working closely with your eating disorder specialist through your unique experience of recovery is crucial, there comes a time in recovery where you no longer need this level of support. Once you complete your private coaching programme, you’ll have the option to join The Community. This provides a safe space to continuously connect, share, and learn when your programme wraps up. You’ll have access to regular group coaching calls with a Recovery Coach and a private community where you can continue your journey with a powerful support network. Share experiences, celebrate wins, and make meaningful connections with others who understand what you’re going through.
