We encourage you to read through the Private Coaching and/or Group Coaching pages to learn more about the key outcomes of each. If you’re still unsure which is best for you, we can help you decide.

How do I know if I should do private coaching or group coaching?

How do I know if I should do private coaching or group coaching?

The Standard Group Programme is £1197 total when you pay in full. Or you can opt for a payment plan: £199 to secure your place and then six bi-weekly payments of £177.

If you’d like the Private Coaching Add-On, it is £1396 when you pay in full. Or you can opt for a payment plan: £398 to secure your spot and then six bi-weekly payments of £177.

What’s the investment for group coaching?

The investment is £1500 per month. Since we take on a limited number of private clients at one time, we’re able to fully support you through your recovery. Private coaching gives you weekly 1:1 sessions and daily communication with an eating disorder recovery specialist who is trained in nutritional therapy, coaching, counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and more.

If private coaching is out of budget, we encourage you to consider group coaching. Group coaching includes weekly 60-minute sessions with an eating disorder recovery specialist and a small group of peers.

This allows you to make progress with accountability, empathetic support, and expert knowledge. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, get personalised feedback and learn from others’ experiences. You will also have the opportunity to connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

We work with both individuals who have been diagnosed and anyone who recognises they are developing an unhealthy relationship with food and body image.

Common eating disorders we work with include Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia Nervosa, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Atypical presentation, and Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders (OSFED).

That said, we strongly encourage those who are not diagnosed but recognise a problem to come forward for support.

Our approach to nutrition is focused on improving your relationship with food. It’s rooted in the fundamentals of nutrition that help you live a vibrant, happy life.

The focus is never on restriction, numbers or strict plans, instead we believe in supporting you to work through gradual changes as part of your programme. We work closely with you to break free from the eating disorder, nourish your body and make peace with food.
