While you’ve come a long way on your healing journey during your 1:1 programme, recovery is an ongoing process. Instead of coming to an abrupt end after your programme, we believe there must be a bridging phase.

That’s what the Natural Food Therapy Community provides. It allows you to become more independent in your healing while ensuring you still feel supported and continue making progress.

That’s what the Natural Food Therapy Community provides. It allows you to become more independent in your healing while ensuring you still feel supported and continue making progress.

CONTINUE YOUR PROGRESS WITH ONGOING SUPPORT 

Through a private Facebook group, intimate group calls led by our Recovery Coaches, and optional 1:1 connections with peers, you get to connect with others in a similar boat. You’ll have regular opportunities to ask questions when challenges come up, learn from
others’ experiences, and receive
ongoing encouragement.

If you wish, we will pair you up with a fellow
survivor to be each other's dedicated “Support
Buddy.” Lean on each other whenever you need an extra listening ear from someone who “just gets it.” You’re free to connect on your own schedules as often as you wish!

You’ll receive all sorts of resources from journal
prompts, podcasts, worksheets, and recovery
guides to help soothe your mind, spark joy, and
navigate challenges.

What if I’m worried about being part of a group?

No, we welcome you to show up however you are comfortable. You can leave your camera and sound off and your coach and fellow members will respect that. You can simply sit back and listen until you feel ready to speak up.

Do I have to show up to sessions with my camera on?

Yes, this is extremely important to us. We are an inclusive community that welcomes everyone, no matter your body, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, ability status, or past experiences. We also recognize that every single person’s relationship with food is unique. You may feel yourself making comparisons at the beginning, but that it is part of the recovery process. We aim to help you find belonging in this community, no matter what.

Are you an inclusive group?

No problem! Recordings of each session are provided in case you ever miss one or want to revisit them. These recordings are only shared with members. We take your privacy very seriously and require all members to sign a contract that includes confidentiality. 

What if I can’t make some live sessions?

We believe being part of a group support program for a longer-term basis empowers you to make stronger connections and make more consistent progress on your recovery. Because of this, there is a minimum 6-month commitment so you can get the most out of The Community.

We’ve found it is more difficult for members to make progress on their recovery if they only receive support a month or two at a time. With that in mind, as a private coaching client, you receive one free trial month to make sure you would like to stay subscribed!

What is the commitment period for joining the community?

Monthly group membership costs £150/month. Include 1-1 support for £395/month.

We totally understand if you feel that way. While everyone initially feels a little nervous about being part of a group, for most, that fear quickly disappears, allowing the group to become your greatest support system. It provides a sense of comfort knowing there are others in a similar boat. Our priority is creating a safe, intimate space and we make that clear to all members.
