Master a healthy
relationship with food

The Food Relationship Roadmap

There’s no wonder countless people struggle with that thought.

Diet culture glorifies thinness while promoting harmful fad diets. Society bombards us with meal “hacks,” framing food as something we must carefully control—rather than simply enjoy.

At the same time, personal stresses and past experiences can lead to unhelpful patterns as a way to cope. You’re here to make a change despite all those pressures.

I just want to feel
normal around food.

  • Feeling the need to “earn” food by exercising or restricting your intake

  • Being consumed with thoughts of “feeling fat” or like your body will never be “good enough”

  • Considering certain foods “off limits”, and other foods “safe”

  • Having food or body thoughts that keep you from fully showing up in your social life or at work—like you can’t let go and thoroughly enjoy yourself

  • Emotional eating when you’re stressed, or yo-yo-ing between binge eating and restrictive eating

  • Bouncing between fad diets or battling an all-or-nothing mentality

  • Endlessly scrolling forums, deep-diving on YouTube content, or reading book after book, trying to find answers

Because there comes a time when you refuse to continue dealing with things like...

How much more present could you be, at work or with loved ones, if you didn’t have to constantly think about how your body looks? What if you didn’t need to meticulously plan ahead just to avoid “bad foods” when you go out for lunch? Or if you didn't feel “out of control” with food when no one was around?

Imagine the mental space you’d gain if you could lean into the joy of food, trusting your body to tell you when it’s full and when it’s hungry.

But it’s hard to build a loving relationship on a shaky base. When you establish a strong foundation for your relationship with food, you can support your full, vibrant potential.

The first step is having a plan.

You deserve to appreciate your body as much as you do your dearest friend.

What would it feel like if
you could take those worries off your plate—figuratively
& literally?

pre-recorded lessons

One of the hardest parts about making changes with food is navigating information overload. The Food Relationship Roadmap gives you a proven step-by-step process, helping you strengthen your relationship with food as efficiently as possible.

An easy-to-follow format, so you can stay focused on finding relief.

Meet your teacher

I’ve helped hundreds of individuals silence negative self-talk and overcome harmful food behaviours. The key? A holistic approach that combines counselling techniques, nutrition, intuitive eating principles, and deep self-reflection.

Throughout my career, I’ve discovered there are essential tools and knowledge that every person needs in order to nurture a healthy relationship with food.

This course is my way of giving you those tools.

But they still need guidance. You deserve guidance. If you want to feel more at ease around food and comfortable in your skin once and for all, The Food Relationship Roadmap is for you.

Because not everyone who struggles with food and body image has a full-fledged eating disorder. Likewise, not everyone needs or can access 1:1 coaching.

“I was yo-yo dieting for many years and reached a point where my relationship with food had become a burden on both mine and my family's life. I was always hungry, irritable, and eliminating foods. I was religiously counting my steps and calories, and when I began binge eating, I knew it was time to get some support. I can't tell you how glad I am that I did. I feel so knowledgeable and in tune with my body now. Sasha, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for what you have done for me.”
